ZUMBAwhen participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Born in the Navy SEALS, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a highly effective training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. Hatha yoga is a somewhat slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. This is a good place to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.”  The teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

A remarkable 45 minute power class with exercises that will shape arms, shoulders, abs, chest, glutes and legs. Dumbbells, barbells, mats are used and is based on physical therapy and personal training exercise principles. Think of it as "freeweights" to the extreme. All fitness levels are welcome.

This easy to do step class uses VERY basic step moves while using resistance bands and handweights for the first module. Burn calories from the lower body movement while the upper body becomes tone and firm. Great music, simple to follow and never a boring moment!

This exclusive Gold’s Gym Mukilteo class focuses on creating strength, definition and firming of the central core muscles, including abs, obliques, spinal erector and glutes. Taught by certified Personal Trainers.

Havoc is a total body conditioning workout. It is based off of sports conditioning and track and field concepts. Each class is developed with H.I.I.T. training in mind (High Intensity Interval Training).  You will experience long bursts of intense exercise followed by short periods of rest!  ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE!

Boot Camp classes combine intervals of drills, jumps and muscle conditioning exercises to improve heart function and fat. You can burn 400 – 500 calories in a single class. Fun and effective. Think of it as PE for grown ups.

This instructional class is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This sport is referred to as the “Art of the Eight Limbs” as it combines punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes (8 points of contact).

This class uses all the tools including handweights, barbells and resistance tubes to create an intense muscle toning regimen. Suitable for all fitness levels and definitely motivating! Kill the couch potato in you with this energetic class.
